To lighten things up, let's talk some Fashion.

I know Im jumping from one topic to another, but hey its my blog. LOL.
I have an inner stylist just dying to come out of me.  I dispatch for my real job at my father's company, but fashion is a huge passion and I want to share what I love about it, my opinions, pictures, etc...

Now just by looking at my blog, I bet you can tell who my style icon is.  That's right everyone, Nicole Richie.  Her bohemian style combined with HER OWN clothing and jewelry line, WinterKate & House of Harlow, has swept me off my feet!
See, I live and die by http://www.celebritystyleguide.com/.  This website can give girls the opportunity to dress like their favorite stars.  Check it out.  If you want to look dress like Megan Fox, or a Gossip Girl, this is the site to use.  I first noticed her House of Harlow jewelry line about a year before I got married to my lovely husband.  It was just coming out on the scene, before her clothing line did and all her items were a "must have", in my book!  Although her items are and can be pricey, I was determined to get all of her stuff, one by one if I had too!  (Im still collecting!)

The first item I bought was the famous Black Plated Necklace.  I knew I wanted to wear that necklace at my wedding.  Yes it's an uncoventional necklace for a wedding, but I'm an uncoventional girl who got married in Vegas, b/c I couldn't deal with the stress of planning a huge wedding!  There was no big white wedding dress, just a short, white, classy Shoshana dress with gold heels and to my utter excitment, the Black Plated Necklace, which stole the show.  Shown above.

The necklace is hands down one of my fave items, so I went further and bought the feathered plated necklace shown above.  See, wow fashion does make me happy...i love wearing the same things that the celebs do!!! :)  And as you can see in this post, the first pic I posted of Nicole, she doubled up both of the necklaces like so, so I took a note from her and tried it myself.  Perfect, of course.

The other pieces of jewelry I've collected so far, is the HH sunburst ring & necklace, the tigers eye ring, some stackable rings, gold & silver, the black & gold plated cuff, & the black and white diamond shape rings.  All shown above.  I feel really good about myself when i wear this jewelry, cuz for me, when you look bad, you'll feel bad, look good and I'll feel good;)
