Beware:) & yes, I am endorsing Benadryl for all those who have insomni or problems falling asleep. Two & you're good. That is if you don't have a xanex or another "controlled substance", (prescribed that is!);)

While Your Catching Up...Read again, the Defaming article concering Bermuda & my Jail Time.

http://www.royalgazette.com/siftology.royalgazette/Article/article.jsp?sectionId=60&articleId=7d7a82f30030006

I have published 6 jail journals so far, that I kept when I was in prison for 30 days in Bermuda.  While ur catching up, we can all read the humiliating article the Bermuda Royal Gazette decided that I was worthy candidate to write about.
I was imprisoned for a weed charge & being in a prison that's not in the states, is something that is indescribable.  It is so different there!  There are no misdemeanors, just felonies.  And they show no mercy.  The only reason I brought it over for a wedding with my husband, who was my boyfriend at the time, it b/c I've gotten away with it before.  I brought some to the Bahamas the same way I brought it to Bermuda, like it says in the article.
The damn article is so detailed it says word for word what happened at the airport & at court.  I mean I was in the same courtroom, which was small & shitty, with young males, mostly Bermudians, that were up for murder or weapon charges.  Heavy stuff compared to some weed.  And I know when u read the article, you're gonna think it's a lot of weed, but I was gonna be there for a week, sharing it.  I don't drink, so that was gonna be my vice...like usual.  I didn't know the laws were so strict down there about maraijuana charges.  They take it very serisouly.  More seriously then the crimes we consider here in the states.  Here, they make you jump thru hoops, arriagnments, courts, lawyers, probation, maybe even treatment, but in Bermuda, they just lock you up.  And afterwards you're either on probation or you're deported, which thank God I was.  And again, which I've said before, b/c I was deported & not allowed back, it's not on my record here!
Being the only white upper middle class girl in a mainly black jail (african american), is some shit.  That's why I figured I'd document my journals on this blog.  I was scared shitless & the thing is, I really thought I was gonna get off.  The lawyers I called in Bermuda & the American consolate, which was no help, told me I would just get off with a fine.  If I had intent to sell, that would be different.  So my parents wired me a substantial amount of money & I went with the public defender.  Good move.  I don't even have to tell u what happened, b/c the whole fucking thing is in the article.
Im hoping you guys are reading my journals, which I know are sometimes jibberish, (at least to me), but if you read or have read this article, you'll be intrigued...I promise.  It's hard for me to show everyone this article.  I mean it's supposed to make me look bad.  They made an example out of me & they publish these in depth articles to prove it.  And this article is literally headlining news.  And it's defamation of character.  A lot of it's an exaggeration, like about me sobbing when they hauled me off to jail.   This article is more like a police report or a statement!
I'll be continuing with my entries shortly, but this article is a must read, if you're interested in my story.

Much Love.
